Web Design That Works As Hard As You Do.
Stop losing customers to ugly, slow websites. We build custom digital storefronts that turn Fresno neighbors into paying customers.

Trusted by Organizations You Know

Three ways the work goes somewhere else.
All three happen after a customer has already found you, which means the visit is paid for before the site gets a chance to lose it.
They left before it loaded
On cell service, a heavy site takes long enough that people back out before it draws.
It looks like nobody is home
Copyright 2019, stock photos of a crew that’s not yours, prices long out of date, and people read all of it as a business that might not pick up.
They could not find it
The number is an image, the service they wanted is three clicks in, and the form asks nine questions before it will submit.

Which job are you hiring a website to do?
Nearly every agency sells the second one to everybody, because it costs more. If nine out of ten of your jobs come from referrals, you would be buying a machine you have no intention of feeding.
Job one
A presence site
You need to exist, and you need to look legitimate.
- Most of your work already comes from referrals
- People Google your name before they call you back
- You are booked, and you want better jobs rather than more
Turns up on a search for your name, answers the handful of things every caller asks anyway, and makes the number easy to hit on a phone. That’s the whole job, and it’s a real one.
Job two
A conversion machine
You need work from people outside your referral circle.
- Strangers land on you cold and have to be convinced
- You are paying for traffic through ads or SEO and it has nowhere good to land
- A booked calendar is the difference between two trucks and four
A page for each thing you sell instead of one page listing everything, so an ad or a search lands on the right one. Tracking on the calls, forms that survive spam, and a speed budget it has to clear before launch.
Do you need WordPress?
WordPress runs a huge share of the web and it is a good tool doing the job it was built for. It is also why a lot of small business sites are slow, because a brochure site does not need a database, a login screen, and forty plugins that want patching every month. The question is not which platform wins. It is how often you change your site.
| If this is you | What we build | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You want to publish and edit the site yourself | WordPress | Roughly half our work. The editor is the whole reason, and for an owner changing things weekly without a developer it is still the best tool for the job. |
| You sell physical products with inventory, tax and shipping | Shopify or headless commerce | We build the store. Inventory sync, tax tables and shipping rules are their own scope, so they get quoted separately rather than hidden in a page count. |
| You have five to twenty pages that change a few times a year | Hand-coded and static | No database, no login, no plugin stack to patch monthly. It loads instantly and there is very little that can break. |
| You need booking, a customer portal, or a real calculator | A custom application | A website is the wrong shape for this. Forcing it into one is how you get six plugins doing one job badly. |
| You already run WordPress and it got slow | Repair before replace | Usually it’s the theme and the plugin count causing it. That’s cheaper to fix than to rebuild, and we’ll tell you when that’s the case. |
We build on all of these in house and we do not get paid more for picking one. If the honest answer is that you should keep what you have, that is a cheaper conversation for you and a shorter one for us, and a care plan usually fixes a slow WordPress site for less than a rebuild costs. When the job turns out to need booking, a portal, or logins, that is app development rather than a website, and we will say so before you pay for the wrong thing.
What changes the week after launch.
Four things that are true of most local business sites, and what each one turns into once the rebuild is live. Getting found for what you sell, rather than just your own name, is local SEO and it starts the day the site ships.
They open it on a phone
Pinch, zoom, hunt for the number
The number is a button, before they scroll
Most of your visitors are on a five-inch screen and standing somewhere noisy.
They want to know what you charge
Call for a quote, so they don’t
A price or an honest range, on the page
The ones who leave over this were not going to call and ask.
They came for one specific service
Everything lives on the homepage
A page built around that one service
Also the thing that lets each one earn its own search traffic later.
Your hours or prices change
Email the guy, wait, follow up twice
You edit it yourself in about a minute
Hours and prices go stale fastest, and stale ones cost you the call.
What you are paying for.
Design. We design the layout for your business and show it to you before any code gets written. Changes at that stage are free.
Copywriting. We write it. Most small business sites lose people on the words rather than the design, and lines like "quality you can trust" do not tell anyone anything.
The build. Hand-coded and built mobile first. We check it against Core Web Vitals on a mid-priced phone before launch, because that’s what most of your visitors are holding. Core Web Vitals
SEO foundation. Page structure, internal links, titles, and JSON-LD with your real coordinates, written to Google’s published spec. LocalBusiness spec
Forms that reach you. Tested on a phone, filtered against spam, and delivered to an address you check. We set up where they go during the build.
Hosting, DNS and redirects. Your existing page addresses keep working after the switch. It’s the step most rebuilds skip, and it’s why traffic often drops after a redesign. 301 redirect

Who does the work
Joaquin Estrada builds these himself.
Not a project manager relaying notes to a contractor in another time zone. The person who takes your discovery call is the person who writes the copy, builds the pages, and is still reachable in month eight when something needs changing.
He built Fresno State’s news platform, was invited by the U.S. Small Business Administration to speak on SEO and AI, and runs the defense technology startup DarkSigma outside of Boostify. That is why you get a speed number and a redirect process in writing instead of adjectives.
The "Love It" Guarantee
We're confident in our craft. If you don't love the design we create for you, we'll keep refining it until you do, or you don't pay a dime for the build.
"WOW! From day one, Victor made me feel like a close friend. He was quick to communicate and very reasonably priced. The work was done under a tight deadline and he delivered."
Heny Peter
Local Guide
"Victor exceeded my expectations. Some things are automated which is great, and the team was always on top of task reminders and updates. Solid work all around."
Frank J. Kaufmann
Business Owner
"I recently had the pleasure of working with Victor for help with my WordPress website. As an older clinician, I often struggle with technology, but Victor made the entire process seamless and stress-free."
David Johnson
Healthcare Professional
What usually comes next.
A site is the foundation, not the whole job. Here is the order most clients add things in, and the point at which each one starts paying for itself.
Once the site is live and you want strangers, not just referrals
Local SEO
Getting into the three-result map pack is separate work from building the site. It’s what puts you in front of people who haven’t heard of you yet.
When you need calls this month rather than next quarter
Local marketing and LSAs
Google Business Profile management, Local Service Ads, reviews, and the call tracking that tells you which one produced the phone call.
The day after launch, if you would rather not think about it again
Website care, from $99 a month
Updates, backups, uptime and form monitoring, and content changes on request, with no contract and nothing stopping you from starting it a year after launch.
When the same question reaches you fifty times a month
AI automation
Intake, follow-up, and the after-hours replies that otherwise sit in an inbox until Monday.
When a website is the wrong shape for the problem
App development
Booking flows, customer portals, and internal tools. If you’re trying to force this into a website with six plugins, stop.
Where we build.
The office is at 6362 N Figarden Dr. #118 in Fresno, off Figarden between Herndon and Bullard. Most clients are inside twenty minutes of that door, and we would rather meet at your shop than ours.
Pick your city for local pricing, work we’ve done nearby, and the questions businesses there ask us most.
The questions worth asking first.
I have a guy who does websites for $500. Why would I pay more?
Sometimes you should not, and if he delivers something that loads fast and you own outright, take it. What $500 usually skips is the copy, the redirect map, and anyone answering the phone in eight months. Ask him who owns the domain and what happens when it breaks, because those two answers tell you more about the next three years than the quote does.
Can I just use Squarespace myself?
For a simple site, yes. A weekend and a subscription gets you something respectable and we would rather say that than sell you a build you didn’t need. It stops working around the point you need a dozen service pages, real speed on a phone, and tracking that tells you where calls came from, which is also the point the subscription stops being the cheaper option.
How long does this take?
Two to three weeks for a simple site, three to five for a custom build. What moves that number isn’t us, it’s how fast photos and feedback come back. You get a staging link in the second week and it stays up, so you’re never waiting on a reveal to find out where it stands.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take everything. Domain, hosting, code, content, analytics, transferred on request in writing at no charge. There’s no proprietary builder to be trapped in and no cancellation call to sit through. If an agency can’t answer that in one sentence, that’s your answer.
Do I have to write the content?
No. We interview you for about an hour and write it, then you fix what we got wrong, which is a much easier job than a blank page. What we do need is photos of your actual work. Stock photos of another company’s crew are visible from orbit and they cost you trust on the exact page where you were about to earn it.
What does it cost to keep running?
Hosting and the domain are roughly $20 to $30 a month and you can pay those directly rather than through us. Our care plan is $99 a month, it’s optional, and plenty of clients launch, take the keys, and we don’t hear from them again until they open a second location.
